On 29 July, armed clashes broke out in al-Mayah (29km west of Tripoli) and Zawiyya between the Isnad Support Force of the Zawiyya Security Directorate under Mohammed Bahroun (also known as ‘al-Far’, the ‘Mouse’) and Muammar al-Dawi’s 55 Battalion.
