On 15 August, the White River Court in South Africa decided to withdraw the case against the 95 Libyans who were arrested at a suspected military training camp on a farm outside White River, Mpumalanga last month. However, charges against Milites Dei Security Services (MDSS), the security company responsible for allegedly facilitating the military camp, are still under investigation. The Libyans are due to be sent home once they are processed.
