On 15 March, it was reported the LNA forces aligned to Saddam Haftar (son of Khalifa Haftar) had seized a shipment carrying a hundred armoured vehicles off the coast of Derna on 1 March. The vessel was from Jordan and the vehicles were allegedly intended to be delivered to the Special Deterrence Force (Rada) in Tripoli.
