On 13 March, ISIS in Libya released a photo set through its Amaq Media Agency showing several of its members offering a pledge of allegiance to the group’s new global leader, Abu Hasan al-Hashemi al-Quarashi. The tightly cropped photo set showed nine members in the desert.
