In the night from 29 March to 30 March, heavy fighting took place in the city centre of Zawiyya in the area of al-Daman Street – Houisa Island (east of the Royal Medical Hospital) between the militias of Muhammed Baroun aka al-Far (aligned to Prime Minister Abdul Hameed Dabaiba) and the Awlad Abu Hmeira.
