On 4 June, Prime Minister Abdul Hameed Dabaiba discussed the security situation in western Libya, including Ras Ajdir, in a meeting with the mayors of the West Coast Municipalities, Libyan Army Chief of Staff (CoS) Muhammed al-Haddad, the Zawiyya Director of Security, a number of security agencies operating in the West Coast municipalities, and others.
