On 26 November, the commander of the First Infantry Company in Derna, Salah Boutabnat, stated that they had arrested a terrorist cell made up of seven members thought to be a part of the Derna Mujahedeen Shura Council (DMSC).
On 27 November, the Egyptian Military Criminal Court ruled that Hisham al-Ashmawy would be sentenced to death by handing on charges in relation to a series of attacks in Egypt. Ashmawy was captured by Libyan National Army (LNA) forces in Derna in October 2018 and handed over to Egypt.
On 29 November, two alleged members of the Benghazi Revolutionary Shura Council, Ali al-Rishi and Hamad al-Huni, were said to have been killed in Muwajat al-Juma in the southern Tripoli frontlines. Huni allegedly posted online a photo of himself with Adel al-Rubaie, another Benghazi rebel fighter, on the southern Tripoli frontlines.
