On 24 November, Government of National Accord (GNA) Minister of Interior, Fathi Bashaagha, called for the arrest of Emad Faraj Mansour al-Shoqabi, an individual suspected of coordinating between Ansar al-Sharia and ISIS. Bashaagha also issued the arrest to the GNA’s Attorney General and to the Passport Department to put al-Shoqabi on the list of those prohibited from travelling.
