On 2 December, anti-LNA forces allegedly arrested two Benghazi Revolutionary Shura Council (BRSC) members who attacked the Central Support Forces of Tajoura in response to the latters arrest of suspected Ansar al-Sharia and Islamic State general coordinator, Emad al-Shiqabi. The two were apparently arrested at the funeral of another BRSC member.
