On 3 June, Zuwara Municipality implemented a temporary nightly curfew from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. to reinforce public order and protect all residents. The Committee for Registering and Regulating the Status of Foreigners stated the measure aims to mitigate night-time risks and ensure safety. Authorities urged foreign residents to cooperate, follow instructions, and carry valid identification, emphasizing that the curfew supports peaceful coexistence and is not directed at any specific nationality. Employers were also advised to adjust worker schedules accordingly.
