GNU Foreign Minister Najla Mangoush, State Minister for Communication and Political Affairs Walid al-Lafi, and State Minister for Cabinet Affairs Adel Jumaa were also in attendance. Later that evening Hakan held another meeting in Tripoli with Dabaiba, High State Council (HSC) head Khaled al-Mishri, Central Bank of Libya (CBL) Governor Sadiq al-Kabir, and Presidential Council (PC) member Mohamed al-Lafi.
