On 13 August, a seven‑year‑old girl was injured in Tripoli when a drone crashed into a swimming pool at a home near the 111th Brigade camp (led by Deputy MoD Abdussalam Zoubi) on Airport Road. According to eyewitnesses, the drone suddenly fell into the residential property. The extent of the child’s injuries and any additional damage remain unclear. Authorities have not yet issued a statement on the circumstances of the incident, who operated the drone, where it was launched from or whether it carried any equipment.

On 14 August, there were no large Friday demonstrations against the government in Tripoli. In Misrata about 100 people protested in front of the municipality. There was no reference to the Zawiyya drone attacks.

On 17 August, in the morning, unidentified gunmen traveling in a Mercedes opened fire and killed a young man identified as Ayham Al-Tajouri and wounded two brothers, Abdulmuhaymin and Abdulrahman Al-Jadi in Tripoli’s Zawiyat Al-Dahmani district.

The same day, in the evening, two women were killed and a taxi driver was wounded in a shooting near the planetarium in Zawiyat Al-Dahmani. The two women were killed, while the taxi driver sustained a gunshot wound to the neck and was taken to a private clinic for treatment.
