On 26 February the trial of 56 individuals suspected of being ISIS members was adjourned in Misrata to give the defence team a chance to prepare further legal proceedings. The public prosecution team reportedly demanded that the case ruling be announced quickly since proceedings have taken two years thus far. During the court session, eyewitnesses also gave witness statements in front of the judge in order for them to be recorded in the case file and considered before a verdict is reached.
