On June 3, the Tobruk Security Directorate, on behalf of GNS Ministry of Interior Undersecretary Faraj Aqim, imposed an overnight curfew stating that it would remain in effect until further notice in order to carry out the fight against criminal groups more efficiently and to calm the security situation in the city. The curfew is set to last from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. each night. Numerous security force patrols are on the move in Tobruk and its surroundings.
