On 11 September, the Libyan National Army (LNA) issued a decree disbanding the LNA-aligned 116 Brigade under the command of Masoud Jeddi and integrating the remaining members into the LNA’s Sebha military region. Reports suggest those within the 116 Brigade are split in their alliances between the GNU and the LNA, with these divisions running along tribal affiliation.
