On 15 September, reports surfaced that in Tripoli a member of the 444 Brigade had fired an RPG (rocket-propelled grenade) at a member of the 777 Brigade (commanded by Haithem Tajouri) who was subsequently transferred to hospital. The reason for the incident is unknown.
