On 23 July, Presidential Council Deputy Abdullah al-Lafi, Libyan Army Deputy Chief of Staff (CoS) Salaheddin al-Namroush and several other senior officers attended a live-fire exercise by the 25th Special Forces Battalion of the Counterterrorism Force, reinforced with an artillery battery, south of al-Saddadah in the Namouh area (west of the coastal road from Misrata south to Abu Qurayn). They practiced attacking terrorist groups’ hideouts and positions in Wadis.
