On 2 June, Major General Jibril al-Fitouri (Western Region) and Staff Major General Saddam Haftar (Eastern Region) participated in a seminar for the Chiefs of Staff of the Land Forces of the Mediterranean, held in Toulon, southern France, at the invitation of the French Chief of Staff of the Land Forces.
