On 19 April, Libyan National Army (LNA) Deputy Commander Saddam Haftar, accompanied by Government of National Stability (GNS) PM Osama Hammad, inaugurated the new headquarters of the Greater Benghazi Security Directorate in a ceremony attended by many high level eastern officials and LNA commanders. The GNS said this strategic step aims to improve security operations and develop police institutions to ensure the highest levels of safety, security, and stability.
