On 7 April, a delegation of senior officers from the Libyan National Army’s (LNA) General Command, including the sons of the head of the LNA, Khalifa Haftar, attended a meeting with LNA commanders from the Oil Crescent region in Sirte. The meeting coincided with the re-emergence of the LNA’s Western Sirte Liberation Operations Room.
