The Libyan National Army (LNA) has started the deployment of its 106th Brigade, 166th Brigade, and 87th Special Operations Force to Kufra district. The 106th Brigade is considered one of the LNA’s most powerful brigades and absolutely loyal to its leadership. It is part of the LNA’s ‘Security Units’, which was previously commanded by Khaled Haftar. The 87th Special Operations Force just recently returned from a longer training in Belarus.
