On 14 February, sources reported that the Libyan National Army (LNA) began conducting military mobilisations in Central Libya. Specifically, Khalifa Haftar’s sons, Saddam and Khaled, dispatched fighters and military vehicles towards Sirte and Jufra, to conduct military exercises. The major brigades participating in the exercises include the LNA General Command led by Khalifa Haftar, security units led by Khaled Haftar, the Tariq Bin Ziyad Brigade led by Saddam Haftar, and the 128th Brigade led by Hassan al-Zadma.
