On 3 February, the Libyan British Business Council (LBBC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Libyan Development and Reconstruction Fund. This occurred at an LBBC event in London. The MoU was signed on behalf of the Fund by its Director General, Belqassem Khalifa Haftar.
