On 9 June, a large convoy of Zintani forces led by Osama Juwaili and linked to the umbrella collective of the Zintan Military Council (ZMC) mobilised from Zintan towards Tripoli. Large-calibre artillery was observed travelling in the convoy including a BM-21 ‘Grad’ multiple rocket launcher and a howitzer. The weapons are understood to have been transferred to the 4th Brigade Camp in al-Aziziyah.
