On 22 October, the Libyan NGO Libya Crime Watch (LCW) noted that journalist Ikram Rajab was released – along with her parents who had been arrested six days earlier after visiting the Internal Security Agency (ISA) HQ in Benghazi to demand their daughter’s released. She was arrested on 18 September, reportedly over a ‘malicious complaint by the Minister of State for Women’s Affairs in the Government of National Stability (GNS), Entisar Abood.
