On 1 March, a security patrol reportedly seized a ship smuggling fuel off the Abu Kamash coastal area, west of Libya. The operation was the result of joint action between the Zawiyya Refinery security patrol, the Coast Guard and Ports Security, the Zawiyya Oil Facilities Guard, and Western Support and Stability force.
