On 4 November, clashes broke out in the Jadda’im area of Zawiyya between armed groups aligned to the Isnad Support Force of the Zawiyya Security Directorate under Mohammed Bahroun (also known as ‘al-Far’, the ‘Mouse’) and the Stability Support Apparatus (SSA) led by Abdul-Ghani al-Kikli (Ghinaywa). The clashes were reportedly prompted by the killing of a member of the SSA and resulted in the temporary closure of the coastal road east of Zawiyya.
