On 6 November, clashes broke out in Warshafana between Muammar al-Dawi’s 55 Battalion and the Ramzi al-Lafaa Brigade. The clashes were sparked when the Ramzi al-Lafaa Brigade opened fire at the son of the Mayor of Al-Zahra as he was passing through An-Najila. A female civilian was killed in the crossfire. The 55 Battalion reportedly took control of the camp belonging to the Ramzi al-Lafaa Brigade. Unverified reports suggest that the Janzour Knights mobilised in support of the Ramzi al-Lafaa Brigade as well as that SSA members also participated in the clashes.
