On 28 January, the Libyan National Army’s (LNA) Spokesperson Ahmed al-Mismari announced in a press conference that 24 ISIS operatives were killed and one was captured during three days of clashes with LNA forces near Qatrun in south-western Libya. Four LNA members were reportedly killed. The clashes follow two ISIS attacks on LNA forces in the Qatrun area on 17 and 24 January.
