On 14 November, the Attorney General filed charges against the perpetrators of the murder of Youssef Ibrahim Moussa Al-Tabawi and the attempted murder of Muhammed Omar Hassan Al-Tabawi in the city of Al-Kufra. On 15 November the AG ordered the detention of three members of the Criminal Investigation Department branch in Kufra for the murder of Musa Abdul Karim Abdullah Al-Tabawi.
