On 16 February, acting Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army Salaheddin al-Namroush arrived in Ankara for an official visit, meeting the Chief of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces, General Selçuk Bayraktar, within the framework of strengthening military cooperation and joint coordination between the two countries. During the meeting, the two sides discussed ways to expand cooperation in the areas of training and qualification, exchange of expertise, and support for capacity-building programs.
