On 23 February, the General Investigations Department of the Ajdabiya Security Directorate arrested two people who ‘mocked prayer’ in a live broadcast on Facebook. The directorate said in a statement that it will not tolerate any actions that ‘affect religious values or disrupt public order,’ calling on everyone to abide by the laws, respect the constants of society, and avoid publishing or circulating any content that could incite sedition or offend religious beliefs.
