ISIS in Libya did not exist yet. At this time, preliminary election results for the House of Representatives are posted, and while it is still too early to say with any real certainty, the liberal (anti-Islamist) current is claiming victory. Violence has continued, especially in Benghazi where General Khalifa Haftar is still battling it out against Islamist militants. Insecurity has also persisted to the west of the capital with competing militias clashing.
