On 12 January, GNU Prime Minister Abdul Hameed Dabaiba met with the head of the Presidential Council (PC), Mohamed Menfi, and PC deputies Musa al-Koni and Abdullah al-Lafi to discuss the activation of Law No. (4) of 2007 on the establishment of a National Security Council. They also discussed the security situation in Tripoli and new infrastructure projects.
