Dabaiba strenghthens position with western region communities engagement

On 11 March, Prime Minister Abdul Hameed Dabaiba’s Financial Advisor and Minister of Transport Muhammed al-Shahoubi held an extensive meeting in Zawiyya with executives and service officials, representatives from the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Local Government, the General Electricity Corporation of Libya, the Savings Bank and Real Estate Investment, and mayors of the greater Zawiyya municipalities. The meeting discussed the implementation of development and service projects in the greater Zawiyya region, on Dabaiba’s instructions.

Later the same day, PM Dabaiba held an iftar for leaders of Tajoura, with al-Shahoubi and Deputy Minister of Defence Abdussalam al-Zoubi in attendance. On 12 March, Dabaiba participated in an iftar held by the Border Guard and Vital Installations Unit and Zoubi’s 111th Brigade.

On 13 March, Dabaiba and al-Shahoubi attended an iftar organized by the Misrata Municipal Council with the mayors of the central region, including from Tarhuna, Bani Walid, Zliten, Al-Khums, Misrata, Qasr Al-Akhyar, Al-Mardoum, and Tinina, as part of efforts to strengthen direct communication with local administrations and address the municipalities’ service and development needs.
