On 5 March, the body of a young man named Jamal Ashour Moulmi Al-Tabawi was found by his family inside the morgue refrigerator at Sebha General Hospital. The victim’s body reportedly showed signs of torture and a gunshot wound to the head. This occurred after his arrest on 1 March by members of LNA’s 87th Battalion near the Bir (Well) 50 area south of Sebha.
