On 2 November, the Attorney General ordered the detention of three individuals accused of kidnapping Muhammed bin Ismail, Director of the Public Services Company in Tripoli. He was reportedly kidnapped in early October. The AG said that previous court sentences will be enforced against the three suspects, who had earlier escaped from prison, 22 years for the first, 17 years for the second, and 9 years for the third. No further details were given about them.
