Throughout September, Haithem Tajouri’s 777 Brigade has made threatening posts on social media towards authorities in Tripoli. The posts include images of mobilised militiamen with captions including ‘the battle that is not over yet’ and ‘Tripoli is under the control of a gang and its liberation is a fait accompli and a patriotic duty’.
