On 10 September, Italian Foreign Minister Enzo Moavero Milanesi held a meeting with Libyan National Army Commander Khalifa Haftar in al-Rajma, Benghazi. The two discussed recent domestic and international developments, the forth-coming elections in Libya, Italian and Libyan bilateral relations, and ways to combat terrorism and illegal migration.
