On 28 April, the Government of National Accord (GNA) Ministry of Interior-aligned Special Deterrence Force (Rada), arrested suspected ISIS member Saaed Kamel Saaed Abdul Karim aka Aburami “Kimo” in Tripoli. Following questioning, he has since been handed over to the Public Prosecutor for legal procedures.
