On 16 May, unconfirmed reports suggest an al-Qaeda member, Musab Mohammed Kamuka, was killed in the LNA’s aerial attack on the headquarters of the Farouk militia in Zawiyya on 13 May. This follows the Sabratha Operations Room claiming an ISIS member, Safwan Abdel Hamid Jabir Mahouda, was also killed in the aerial attack.
